The institution is run by an educational and charitable foundation, namely “The Poona Gujarati Kelwani Mandal”, Pune. It provides quality education to youngsters who are the future of our Nation. The medium of instruction is **English**, and the faculty is well-qualified and dedicated to the profession. Initially, the strength was very low, but now the number of students has increased to **120** as we offer options for both **Commerce & Science streams**. We have **Mathematics** as an option for **Secretarial Practice (S.P.)** for the Commerce stream, and **Geography** as an option for **Mathematics & Biology** in the Science stream. **Information Technology** was introduced as an option for **Marathi** in both Commerce and Science streams. All these options were introduced in **2015 & 2016** respectively.

The laboratories are well-equipped, and the computer lab is provided with highly configured machines. Since **2010**, the college has consistently achieved excellent results, with our academic results showing an upward progression.

In these eleven glorious years of service, the college has produced over **two thousand** well-versed students who are now working in famous institutions in both private and government sectors. Many of them have secured seats in prestigious medical and engineering colleges in Pune. The college is keen to inspire sincere and intelligent students through various **Scholarships and Academic Excellence awards**.
