1.2.1 - Number of Add on /Certificate/Value added programs offered during the last five years.

1.2.2 - Percentage of students enrolled in Certificate/ Addon / Value added programs as against the total number of students during the last five year.

1) Details of each program such as: Name of the program duration, list of students enrolled (with signature of students), model certificates, curriculum, assessment procedures year-wise.

2)Year-wise List of the students enrolled in the Program as defined in 1.2.1

3) Attendance sheet of Students participating with signature and Model Certificates.
